I purchased my tickets, what’s next?
Answer: Now that you’ve secured your package, it’s time to get on the schedule! You must book your group’s specific date and time by calling our booking number at (805) 202-7188.
How long does the experience last?
Answer: Each session is designed for maximum action! Your group will enjoy 2 hours of play. This ensures a high-energy rotation that keeps everyone engaged.
What should we wear?
Answer: We recommend wearing long sleeves, long pants, and sturdy, closed-toe shoes (like boots or old sneakers). Since you’ll be active and switching between games, wearing layers is the best way to stay comfortable and protected!
Does Paintball hurt?
Answer: While the staff at every professional paintball park does its best to keep players safe and safety equipment is used to prevent injury, paintballs can sting on impact to bare skin. Players are encouraged to wear thick clothing or use additional protective equipment available for rent or sale at the park.
Protective gear does take the “sting” out of your first few games. For younger players or those just beginning their adventure, Paintball Soft (or "low impact") is a fantastic option. It uses smaller paintballs fired at lower speeds to practically eliminate the sting, making the game safe and fun for almost all ages!

What is the minimum age to play?
Answer: Paintball is open to all ages, but because safety equipment is generally "one-size-fits-all," younger players often cannot be safely fitted with goggles and masks. This usually limits the age to around 10 years old.
However, the advent of Paintball Soft and more youth-specific equipment has opened the doors to even younger players, allowing children as young as 8 and 9 to get in on the action. For our youngest heroes (ages 6+), we highly recommend Gel Burst, which is the perfect mess-free, ultra-low-impact entry point for families!

What if I have more than 8 players?
No problem at all! Your base VIP package covers up to 8 players, but you can easily expand your squad up to a maximum of 15 total guests for just $1 extra per additional person. You do not need to choose or pay for your extra head count online today; simply pay your flat $150 deposit now to lock in your private field, and your booking coordinator will easily add the extra players and collect their $1 fees directly at the park check-in window on game day. (Note: If your group will exceed 15 players total, please call our booking office at 805-202-7188 in advance so we can accommodate your party size!)

- Ticket expires 365 days after purchase.
