Welcome to TryPaintball.com. By accessing our website or purchasing a deal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Role as a Facilitator

TryPaintball.com provides a platform where users can purchase prepaid vouchers, admission packages, and deals for independent third-party paintball parks ("Partner Parks").

  • We do not own or operate any paintball facilities.

  • We do not sell physical goods.

  • Your contract for the actual paintball service is with the Partner Park.

2. Digital Vouchers and Redemption

Upon completion of a purchase, you will receive a digital voucher.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery.

  • Redemption: Vouchers must be presented at the Partner Park (digital or printed) to be honored.

  • Expiration: Each deal has a specific expiration date. After this date, the promotional value of the voucher expires.

3. Safety and Liability Waiver

Paintball is a physically demanding sport with inherent risks of injury.

  • Park Waivers: All players must sign the specific liability waiver required by the Partner Park upon arrival. TryPaintball.com is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring at the park.

  • Compliance: You agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by park staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the park without a refund.

4. User Conduct and Account Security

If you create an account on TryPaintball.com:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to use the site for any fraudulent activity or to attempt to "double-redeem" vouchers.

5. Pricing and Availability

  • Errors: In the event a deal is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that deal.

  • Availability: Deals are subject to park capacity and schedule. We recommend contacting the park in advance to confirm availability for your desired date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryPaintball.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  1. The use or inability to use our website.

  2. The services provided (or not provided) by a Partner Park.

  3. Personal injury or property damage sustained at a Partner Park.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of TryPaintball.com or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
