Refund policy

At TryPaintball.com, we connect you with the best paintball experiences by offering exclusive deals and prepaid admission packages for local parks. Because we sell digital vouchers and service-based deals rather than physical goods, our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our partner parks.

1. No Physical Returns

Since we do not ship physical products (such as markers, masks, or paintballs), no physical returns are accepted or necessary. Your purchase is delivered instantly via email as a digital voucher or confirmation code.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to have a blast on the field, but we understand that plans change. Our refund rules are as follows:

  • Unused Vouchers: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed at a park.

  • Expired Vouchers: Once a voucher has passed its expiration date, it is no longer eligible for a refund. However, many of our partner parks will still honor the "base value" paid for the voucher toward a standard entry fee (subject to individual park policies).

  • Park Closures: If a park permanently closes before you are able to use your voucher, please contact us immediately for a full refund or a credit to a different location.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Redeemed Vouchers: Once a voucher has been scanned or checked in at a paintball facility, the transaction is considered final.

  • Partial Use: No partial refunds are provided if you do not use all items included in a bundle (e.g., if a deal includes air fills and you choose not to use them).

  • Weather/No-Shows: Paintball is often an all-weather sport. Refunds are not issued for bad weather unless the park itself closes and refuses to reschedule your booking.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Note: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
